Each piece is carefully handcrafted and packaged with care. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Kali’s Coastline Collections is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you work with USPS.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.
